Southern Plains Photography does not receive credit card information. Transactions are securely handled through Stripe and Paypal.

I rely on the information provided by you to fulfill your order, determine applicable taxes (if necessary), settle disputes and provide customer service.

The privacy of your information is very important, and your name and address will only be shared with my stated vendors, if necessary, to complete your order.

I retain your name and address for record keeping and tax purposes for seven years.

You have the right to request access, change, restrict, or delete the information I hold about you by contacting me. These requests will mostly be granted except for those where data must be retained for legal reasons.
