Frequently Asked Questions

How do you package your prints?

Prints up to 11x14 are packaged in an acid free cellophane sleeve and shipped in rigid mailers. Larger prints are packaged in well protected flat cartons or rolled in tubes.

What are your processing times?

Prints ship in 1-2 business days (most of the time in one), canvases ship in 3 business days, metal prints in 3 business days, framed prints in 3-4 business days, and wood artwork in 2-3 business days.

I've placed my order.  Now what?

Awesome!  You'll be receiving an order confirmation via email, then as soon as your order ships you'll receive a notification with a tracking number.

How long can I expect my artwork to be in transit?

Once your artwork has shipped you can expect it to arrive in three to five business days, with five days being the case mostly for the east coast.  Sometimes winter storms can delay delivery by a day or two but this is rare.

Can I send as a gift?

Absolutely.  I don't include invoices in the shipments so the recipient will not see any pricing information. If you'd like to send a gift note with the artwork, just let me know in the notes at checkout and I'll include it at no charge. If you're unsure about what to choose for the recipient, consider a gift card and remove the guesswork.

Paper print, framed, canvas, wood, metal....what might be best for me?

Photo paper prints are a great choice because they look amazing and it puts you in control of framing.

The framed prints I provide are a great solution if you don't want to do the framing yourself since they are ready to hang upon arrival. They also make a classy and elegant impact on a room.

Canvas is also a great choice if you're looking for a ready to hang solution. They work in any room and bring warmth and coziness to a space with an air of sophistication.

Metal prints are the way to go if you're looking for a ready to hang option and are looking to bring life an area. They make an immediate impact and can be quite eye catching. Lightweight yet durable and versatile, they bring a modern feel and can give a updated feel to a room immediately.

Wood prints are like a combination of all the other options combined. Ready to hang and made to last, they make a space feel warm and inviting while bringing a unique and eye catching way to display your chosen artwork.

Is your work customizable?

There are so many different ways to customize and I can fulfill just about any request. Whether it's turning a print from horizontal to vertical, adding personalized text or quotes, changing print color to black and white, or maybe you have a frame that needs a specific size it's all possible. Feel free to contact me via phone or email!

What type of photo paper do you print on?

I print on lustre photo paper. Luster gives all of the beautifully saturated colors of a glossy but doesn't have the glare and comes in a matte finish which is fingerprint resistant. Lustre photo paper is the standard when it comes to framed prints. If you prefer you print on a different type of paper (glossy, metallic, etc.) that's certainly doable, just let me know. There may be a slight increase in price with modifications.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Thankfully it's a pretty rare occurrence, but sometimes it does happen so if your artwork is damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage (including packaging, if possible) and I'll replace your artwork immediately free of charge.

What's your return policy?

Purchasing art online can be tough since you can't see it in person. That's why I have a no questions asked return policy (excludes custom orders). If you aren't satisfied with your prints for any reason please let me know and I'll do my best to correct the situation or issue a refund. I must be notified within fourteen days of delivery and the return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Do you have a physical gallery where I can see your work in person?

At this time I only have a virtual presence and all my work can be found here on my site.
